In cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Germany, the Berlin Office of the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) is organizing a full-day workshop for young people focussing on the legacy of the Marshall Plan and how its lessons can help to tackle today’s biggest challenges. The workshop is entitled „The Marshall Plan at 75: Drawing Lessons for a World in Turmoil“ and will feature an interactive discussion with an expert on the Marshall Plan and group work to exchange and develop ideas.
The GMF looks for an interdisciplinary group of 12-15 students to participate. The program is open to German and American students (or recent graduates) and will be held in English. Participation is free of charge and travel costs will be reimbursed.
The workshop takes place on May 30, 2022 from 9.30 am to 5:00 pm. Application is possible until May 8, 2022 at https://www.gmfus.org/event/marshall-plan-75-drawing-lessons-world-turmoil
